The Yacht Club, serving breakfast and dinner, offers a menu of sophisticated fare and extensive raw bar selections, with a brilliantly nautical design, including porthole inspired doors, sails draping down from the ceiling, and sailing photography that adorns the walls.

    The Reef’s open-air lobby affords a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and is designed to evoke a yacht on land. Design accents include Italian ceramic tile floors, limestone walling fabricated in Bali, and Royal Botania furniture. The focal point is the exquisite Lobby Bar which features live entertainment several nights a week and a menu infused with delightful libations and small and sweet bites.

    The Resort’s famous Lobster Barbecue is back on Saturday nights at Le Bistro! Bring your appetite and be prepared to indulge in scrumptious grilled lobster, whole suckling pig, slow cooked brisket, fish jerk and lamb tacos, andouille sausage, salads from the hydroponic farm and a delectable dessert bar, at $95pp, plus 15% SC. Live Music rounds out this festive evening.

    For the most unique gastronomic event in Anguilla, the Chef’s Table Dining Experience is available on Wednesday evenings at the Kitchen Stadium at CuisinArt. This intimate food and wine journey of the senses features a multi-course menu that incorporates selections of Executive Chef Jasper Schneider’s inspiration, prepared with the freshest ingredients of the day. All courses are paired with wines specially selected from the Resort’s extensive wine cellar.
